Expression of Interest Construction of new buildings and infrastructure St Patrick’s School, St George Qld 4487

Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office and St Patrick’s School, St George, invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified, licenced and experienced building contractors for the construction of new buildings and facilities at St Patrick’s School, St George.

Interested applicants will need to demonstrate their capabilities and experience in successfully delivering similar-sized projects. Expressions of interest are also to include details of current projects under construction and their timeframes, value and locations.

The project is to be delivered within multiple, sequential stages, comprising

• electrical and communications services relocation and re-reticulation with new main switchboard for the school
• establishment of temporary toilet amenities
• construction of new general learning building, multipurpose rooms building, learning support amenities building and walkways
• extension and refurbishment of existing administration building, internal modification of existing classroom building
• each stage has associated demolition and ancillary external works.

It is expected that invitees will be asked to submit tenders on this proposed project in February/March 2026, for construction to commence in April/May 2026.

Completion of all stages is envisaged for mid-2027.
