Renewal of Concrete Footpath Bandulla Street, Mendooran

The existing footpath along Bandulla Street in Mendooran has deteriorated significantly over time. Several sections of the footpath have become segmented and uneven, creating potential tripping hazards for pedestrians. In addition, the concrete surface is aged, unsightly, and exhibits extensive surface damage in multiple areas, diminishing both the safety and aesthetic quality of the area.

The project involves the renewal of a footpath on Bandulla Street in Mendooran. Approximately 43 metres of concrete footpath is included in the proposed construction works, comprising Sections 1 and 2.

The scope of works includes the following.

1. Removal and reconstruction of the existing concrete footpath.

2. Removal and reconstruction of the roadside kerb while keeping the gutter intact.

3. Identification of all underground and above ground services.

4. Traffic management planning, implementation, and overall construction area management.
