Supply of Audio-Visual Equipment for Geraldton Health Campus

Western Australia Country Health Service (WACHS) is undertaking the redevelopment of the Geraldton Health Medical Centre, a significant infrastructure investment designed to expand clinical capacity, enhance mental health services and improve the overall patient and staff experience across the Mid-West region. As part of this redevelopment, WACHS requires the procurement of new audiovisual (AV) equipment to support clinical and non-clinical functions within the upgraded facility.

With increasing reliance on Telehealth services across the WA health system, including Emergency Telehealth Service, Telestroke, outpatient virtual clinics, and other emerging digital pathways, the availability of reliable AV equipment is critical to maintaining safe and effective service delivery.

Through this Request for Tender, WACHS seeks the supply and delivery of a defined suite of Audio and Visual hardware that meets the approved design and functional specifications for the redevelopment project.

Commencing in March 2026, all equipment must be delivered to the WACHS-designated Osborne Park warehouse in Perth WA.
