RFQ Fire Damper Replacement NMSC Coffs Harbour

Southern Cross University (SCU) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the inspection, removal, replacement, rectification, testing, and certification of fire dampers and intumescent fire dampers at the National Marine Science Centre, located at 2 Bay Drive, Coffs Harbour NSW.

The works are based on findings contained within the All-Passive Services Summary Report FireQA, Project Ref 2532. The intent of this specification is to restore full compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC/BCA), relevant Australian Standards, manufacturer installation requirements, and SCU operational and safety requirements.

The fire dampers must be specifically designed and certified for the harsh conditions of marine and offshore environments.
