ABOUT THE CITY OF LAKE MACQUARIE:
Lake Macquarie is the Hunter Region's largest city, accounting for 35% of the Lower Hunter population. With the city's current population fast approaching 217,000 Lake Macquarie is also the third largest regional city in New South Wales by population. Moreover, the city's population is expected to grow by 39,000 by 2041, creating a demand for 12,000 new dwellings and associated infrastructure.
ABOUT THE TENDER:
Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking an experienced and reliable Service Provider to supply and service Council's five holiday parks linen requirements. The five holiday parks are located at Belmont, Belmont South, Blacksmiths, Swansea and Wangi Wangi. The successful provider will provide consistent, high-quality linen servicing to support guest comfort and operational continuity. The contract will commence 4 May 2026 and is for an initial period of three years with two 12-month extension options.

ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed to Lucy Hodges, the Procurement Officer via the online forum. Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box by the nominated time and date.
TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderers Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete. The tenderer shall not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tender close at 2.00pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time AEST or Australian Eastern Daylight Time AEDT, whichever is applicable in NSW at the time of tender close) on Thursday 29 January 2026 and submissions must be received in full prior to this time. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Late submissions are not accepted.
