Pre-approved Precast Concrete Supplier Panel Category for the Restoring Murray Waterways Project

⁠⁠⁠A pre-approved panel of professional service providers for the provision of engineering design services is being established for the Restoring Murray Waterways Expansion Project.

This tender seeks responses that address standard criteria for the engineering design category that will be used to evaluate and select engineering design consultants to participate in the panel category. Other panel categories are expected to be released in 2026.

This RFT is comprised of the following:

• Part A: Tender Overview and Tender Conditions that introduces an overview of the opportunity and provides the terms, conditions and processes governing the tender phase of this RFT
• Part B: Scope of Services that provides the detailed description of and the requirements for the Goods and/or Services to be provided by the successful Tenderers;
• Part C: Tender Response that specifies the information to be provided in a Tender and any other information to be provided by the Tenderer to enable an evaluation of the Tenderer's offers
• Part D: Proposed Contract that sets out the standard terms and conditions that will apply to the supply of Goods.
