Expression of Interest (EOI) - Disposal of Shire Vehicle

Notice is hereby given under section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Bruce Rock intends to dispose of the following asset.

Vehicle

Toyota Prado GXL 2023 (approx. 95,000 km), full service history, maintained in excellent condition.

Method of Disposal

Sale by Expression of Interest (EO!) - “outright sale”.

Price

Expressions of interest to commence from AUD $60,000 (exclusive of relevant fees/gst) — price offered subject to negotiation and Council's final decision.

Submissions invited from members of the public

Interested persons are invited to submit written offers of purchase by Friday the 16 January 2026.

The Shire reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. All offers to be considered by Council (or delegated authority) at its meeting following the close of submissions, and the decision (with reasons) will be recorded in the minutes.
