Cooling Schools - Electrical Upgrades - Multiple Sites

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake electrical upgrades at the following sites:

• Bicton Primary School
• Bull Creek Primary School
• Richmond Primary School
• Rossmoyne Primary School

Please note: PFM reserves the right to award each school individually or in packages to achieve the most Value for Money outcome to the Department of Education.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at At each school - See instructions, Perth on 29 Jan, 2026 10:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at each site. See below:

• Rossmoyne Primary School - 90 Second Ave, Rossmoyne WA 6148 – 10:00AM
• Bull Creek Primary School - 32 Hardy St, Bull Creek WA 6149 – 11:00AM
• Bicton Primary School - 65 Harris Street, View Terrace, Bicton WA 6157 – 12:00PM
• Richmond Primary School - 37 Windsor Rd, East Fremantle WA 6158 – 1:00PM

Adequate time will be allowed for travel between sites.
