 Term of lease: 5 years

 Lessee: Port Macquarie-Hastings Council

 Use: Cafe - Food Retail

 Details:

The premises for lease is known as the first floor above Wauchope Bonny Hills Surf Life Saving Club, comprising of a cafe kitchen, internal seating, external balcony seating and male & female amenities.

The facility comprises of:

• Main restaurant / kitchen / amenities area - 145sqm
• Verandah / balcony seating area overlooking beach - 30sqm
• Alfresco seating area adjacent to entry - 45sqm

Internally, there is a currently a large serving bench area, customer service area, a large open plan kitchen and indoor/outdoor seating.

Approved applicants will be required to complete their own fit-out with furniture & appliances.
