Tender Description
Tablelands Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the lease of Lease D, Ravenshoe Town Hall, 54 Grigg Street, Ravenshoe (Lease D) for commercial or retail purposes. The lease will be for a period between three to five years and, subject to the Lessees performance, an extension may be offered for the same term. See Part 5 Scope for further description.
