Oura Reservoir Replacement - Design & Construct Concrete Reservoir

Riverina Water is seeking suitably qualified contractors for a Design and Construct contract to replace the Oura Reservoir.

As part of the Integrated Water Cycle Management Plan, Riverina Water has undertaken hydraulic modelling of the Oura Network to establish long-term reservoir storage requirements. The modelling indicates that a total storage capacity of approximately 1.2 ML will be required within the next 30 years to satisfy projected demand. Current analysis further suggests that a 600 kL reservoir would necessitate duplication within 10 to 15 years to maintain service levels.

To address these requirements, Riverina Water proposes to decommission the two existing 100 kL concrete reservoirs at Oura and replace them with one of the following configurations:

• A single 600 kL to 750 kL concrete reservoir, or

• A single 1.2 ML concrete reservoir.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on site on Tuesday, 20 January 2026 @ 11am. Tenderers are encouraged to attend the site inspection if they have not previously inspected the site.
