Tender Description
The City of Nedlands invites suitably qualified contractors to submit tenders for the refurbishment of Section 1 & 2 of Kennedia Lane, Mount Claremont.
- Stage 1 is considered as the section between Acacia Lane and Rochdale Rd.
- Stage 2 is considered as the section between Rochdale Rd and Strickland St.
The proposed works include pavement renewal, and kerbing.
The works will result in the laneway being upgraded to the City of Nedlands Residential 1 specification.
