Annual Maintenance of Pool Cleaning Units (Dolphin Robotic Pool Cleaners)

Banana Shire Council is seeking to engage an experienced contractor to perform maintenance and repairs on our Dolphin Wave Robotic Pool Cleaning Units.

Council owns 5 Dolphin Wave Robotic Pool Cleaning Units (a mixture of XL 200's & XL 300's) which will require an annual service in the pool offseason (May - August) each year for two years and repairs as required. Council is seeking a fixed price for labour/hour for this servicing. Please provide an amount/hour for both financial years. Council understands that parts will need to be quoted at the time they are required. It will be a requirement for the successful contractor that all parts must be provided on a separate quote to Council and works are not to proceed until a purchase order has been issued.

All units can be transported for servicing from agreed locations in Biloela, Rockhampton or Gladstone. All additional transport will be at the cost of the contractor (please include in quotation).

The selected contractor will also provide any impromptu or emergency works on these units throughout the season
