Alexandrina Biennial Community Survey Consultancy

Alexandrina Council invites Quotes for the provision of consultancy services to design and deliver a biennial Community Survey for residents and ratepayers across the Alexandrina Council area, including reporting and presentation of findings.

The suitably qualified contractor (consultant or communications/research company) is required to provide a proposal that covers the following elements:

1. Undertake Survey Question Design
2. Provide Detailed Proposal for Conducting the Survey and presentation to Council.
3. Outline Survey Measure Requirements, and
4. Report and presentation of survey responses to Council with recommendation

The recommended survey proposal, including the proposed survey questions will be presented to Council for endorsement early in 2026 prior to conducting the survey with community residents and ratepayers in mid-2026.

The Services are to be delivered in accordance with the requirements set out in the document titled “Procurement Specification – Community Survey Consultancy”, attached to this Request for Quote and forming part of the RFQ documentation.

The Specification outlines the scope, background, statement of requirements, reporting obligations, implementation timetable, and data ownership requirements for the Alexandrina Biennial Community Survey.

Respondents must review the Specification in full and ensure their Quote addresses all requirements. Failure to comply with the Specification may result in the Quote being deemed non-conforming.

Council will enter into an Agreement for Services with the successful Respondent.
