Programmed is a leading provider of Facility Management and maintenance services with over 70 years’ experience. Our proven track record makes us a partner of choice.
We have exciting opportunities for Subcontractors/Subcontractor Companies able to service areas of Metro and Regional NSW, who are particularly experienced in delivering Social Housing Maintenance but also provide services to other sectors.
Programmed is issuing this Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced providers for the following Services across the Sydney Metro, Central Coast and Hunter and Other Regions:
General Maintenance including:
- Responsive Maintenance
- Non-Emergency and Non-Specialised Handyman services
- Programmed Maintenance
- Vacant Housing Restoration
- Home Modification Services
Cyclical Maintenance including:
- Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV) Maintenance
- Residual Current Device (RCD) Compliance
- Lawns, Grounds and Common Area Cleaning (LGC) Services, and
- Building Essential Services (BES) Maintenance including Emergency Lighting Systems, Fire Safety Equipment, Switchboard thermography, and RCD Testing
Respondents should be familiar with the NSW Community Housing Industry Schedule of Rates (CHISOR).
