Opportunity:

Nhulunbuy Corporation Limited is seeking an experienced engineering service provider to deliver a comprehensive feasibility study for desludging its wastewater treatment lagoons in Gove township.

What’s Involved?

• Assess the current condition of three gravity-fed sewage lagoons—never desludged since construction.
• Analyze sludge samples and review survey data to determine the best approach for removal.
• Design practical solutions for sludge extraction, dewatering (using Geobags), and safe disposal.
• Address environmental compliance, including NT EPA standards and permit requirements.
• Deliver clear technical recommendations and a final feasibility report to guide future maintenance.
