Legends Global T/A RAC Arena is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to seal approximately 560 m of wet cracks within the basement car park. The works will primarily involve crack repairs and are expected to be carried out outside of normal operating hours to minimise disruption to ongoing operations at RAC Arena.
The project will be delivered under an AS 4000-2025 Contract, using a Schedule of Rates payment approach.
The works require wet crack injection using FOSROC PU130 hydrophobic polyurethane foam resin, or an approved equivalent proposed by the tenderer. Hydrophilic sealants are not recommended.
This notice is an early notification of a future tender, which will be released on 12th of January 2026. The RFT documentation will be uploaded to the Procuracon platform, and contractors will be required to submit their responses via the platform.
