This form can be obtained from Council. Quotations are to be received at the Administration Centre Goolgowi or by email at tenders@carrathool.nsw.gov.au by 12 noon Wednesday 28th January 2026

All persons are advised that it is their responsibility to ensure that their quotation is received prior to the advertised closing date and time.
