Scope

The NSW Government, through the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA), is inviting organisations to participate in a two-phase application process to appoint the role of Network Operator for the NSW Container Deposit Scheme (CDS), Return and Earn.

The documentation package for this role appointment contains confidential and commercially sensitive information. Respondents interested in participating must complete, sign and return this Confidentiality Declaration. Completed Declarations should be submitted to: cdsappointment@epa.nsw.gov.au.

Following receipt of a completed Declaration, the EPA will provide a link to a secure folder that grants the corresponding Respondent access to the restricted documentation package.

Additional details/instructions

IMPORTANT

A Confidentiality and Commercially Sensitive Information declaration is required to be signed prior to receiving the EOI.

Following the acceptance of the Confidentiality Declaration form, the EPA will forward the EOI documentation on 5 January 2026.
