Expressions of Interest are invited for the Licensing of the Council property Lot 1, DP 1277541 on the corner of the Oxley Hwy and Stoney Creek Road Wauchope NSW 2446. Council is seeking to secure a Licensee who can utilise the land and ensure that the property is kept in a tidy and presentable condition, whilst returning Council a rental income.

Property

The property is situated on a corner block, with an irregular shape. The property has a wide frontage to Stoney Creek Road and Oxley Highway and Princess Avenue Wauchope. It comprises of cleared, flood prone pasture with scattered trees - predominately camphor laurel trees along the fence lines.

Access is available off the Stoney Creek Road and Princess Avenue frontages.
