Tender Description
Mid-Western Regional Council invites Expressions of Interest from enthusiastic, customer focused people or businesses to operate and maintain the Rylstone Caravan Park (the Park) for a period of up to 10 years.
It is envisaged that the Licensee(s) will commence management/operations of the Park from 2 February 2026, after close of the submission and evaluation period.
The submission period is for 4 weeks, commencing 20 December 2025, closing 4:30pm 17 January 2026.
