Provision of Multi-Functional Devices and Related Services

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Gladstone Regional Council required an operational rental or lease agreement with a suitably qualified supplier for the supply, servicing and running costs of multifunction devices throughout the Gladstone Region.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Staged provision of standardised multifunction devices to replace Council's existing fleet of devices
• Provision of new devices as required over the term of the agreement
• Servicing and running costs of multifunction devices throughout the Gladstone Region
• Devices with the ability to self-report meter reads and toner requirements back to the supplier

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Initial contract term of three years
• Option for two additional one-year extensions
