Provision of Multi-Functional Devices and Related Services

Gladstone Regional Council requires an Operational rental / lease agreement with a suitably qualified Supplier for an initial term of three years, with the option for two additional one-year extensions for the supply, servicing and running costs of multifunction devices throughout the Gladstone Region.

This tender is for the staged provision of standardised multifunction devices to replace an existing fleet of devices as well as new devices as required over the term. These devices must have the ability to self-report meter reads and toner requirements back to the supplier.
