Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital - Twenty (20) New Anaesthetic Services Pendants for Ten (10) Operating Theatres

Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital have ten (10) operating rooms (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13) fitted with pendants that require replacement. There are two pendant per operating room, therefore a total of twenty (20).

It is planned, that when the pendants are replaced, each operating room will be shut down for an estimated period of three (3) weeks to allow replacement of pendants, and some other works will be carried out simultaneously such as electrical and medical gas upgrade.

With the new pendants, it is anticipated that further structural strengthening will be required to existing cotton reel steel support structures, and this work will be coordinated via a separate Building or Engineering Contractor.

The successful anaesthetic pendant supplier will be required to work collaboratively with other contracted trades accordingly.
