Tender Description
The Queensland Parliamentary Service is calling for submissions from Principal Contractors for the internal refurbishment of stage 4 level 5 within the Parliamentary Annexe.
Tender submissions will be accepted from Principal Contractors with PQC registration, Quality Assurance, Insurances and an open QBCC Builders Licence. The project will be procured under a design & construct AS4300 contract.

The full set of tender documents will not be available before the 05 January 2026.
A mandatory tenderer site inspection is scheduled for 10:00 am, Tuesday 20 January 2026 at the Queensland Parliamentary Annexe Precinct.
