Council resolution on successful Tenderer: 24 February 2026

Contract awarded to successful Tenderer: Early March 2026

Inspection/audit of site and existing equipment: Mid – late March 2026

Project execution (install/remediation works/ connectivity testing): Late March 2026 – Mid June 2026

Practical Completion: 16 June 2026

User Acceptance Testing: Mid – Late June 2026

Project completion: 30 June 2026

Project acquitted: September 2026
