Inspection, Maintenance and Cleaning of SQIDS (Stormwater Quality Improvement Devices)

Redland City Council (RCC) invites suitably qualified suppliers to submit an offer for Request for proposal (RFP) RFP000039 for the Inspection, Maintenance and Cleaning of Stormwater Quality Improvement Devices (SQIDS). Services are required for In Ground (Hard) SQIDS on the mainland.

The RFP documents consist of:

• Part A – Request for Proposal (RFP) Invitation
• Part B – Specification
• Part C – Conditions of Contract – Good and Services
• Part D – Response Schedules with Pricing Schedule.

Note: These documents are in PDF (Parts A, B & C) and Word and Excel (Part D) formats. (please note for security purposes, this document has been protected however allows access to the pertinent areas for completion). This format is suitable for standard Microsoft Office operating systems.

Please read the documentation carefully and to submit an offer, please fully complete Part D – Response Schedules and submit your Proposal in accordance with Part A- RFP with closing date of 5 February 2026, 5pm AEST.
