Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) manages a portfolio of over $27b in administered funding for programs related to disaster relief, recovery and risk reduction. This includes administration of the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements and the Disaster Ready Fund.
NEMA is currently working to centralise its administered program reporting function. Alongside this centralisation, NEMA is implementing significant reforms to the process and type of data collected as part of administered program reporting. This reform ensures NEMA will have the ability aggregate and compare data between programs and undertake analysis of reporting data at the portfolio level.
This reform and centralisation work is mid-implementation, and support from external subject matter experts is required for this work to continue at the required pace alongside quarterly reporting activities that are currently in place. To deliver these services effectively, suppliers will require experience delivering or managing reporting for Government programs and an understanding of the administration of the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements.
