ABOUT THE COUNCIL

SERVICE REQUIRED

Northern Beaches Council, Council invites tenders for inclusion in the Services Panel. Tenderers will need to demonstrate they have the necessary qualifications, ability and experience to provide the required the Services to Council.

It is anticipated that the Panel will consist of up to 3 members, although Council reserves the right to vary these numbers in accordance with its specific needs and may also invite quotations from organisations outside the Panel in specific circumstances

Panel Pest Control Services

Pest Control Services includes but is not limited to inspection, treatment, and management of common pests such as ants, cockroaches, spiders, fleas, wasps, silverfish, rodents, and termites through the safe use of approved chemicals and control methods. Services may also cover targeted treatments for specific infestations as required. Providers are responsible for maintaining rodent bait stations or traps, delivering service reports after each visit, and immediately notifying of any significant infestations or hazards. Some works are to be carried out on a scheduled basis, monthly or quarterly with provision for additional callouts as required

Weighted Criteria

• Schedule F3 and F5, demonstrate experience, Business and Performance information, weighted 40%
• Schedules F10 and F11, Personnel and Subcontractors, weighted 20%
• Schedules F7 and F14, Proposed Methodology including QA, weighted 20%
• Schedules F18, The Fee including Schedule of Rates and Other Rates, weighted 20%
