25/26 Asphalt Overlay Program

Council would like to invite submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake road works for pavement reconstruction and asphalt overlay at the following sites:

• Eurack Road and Mount Hesse Road Intersection
• Bruce Street (near Riordan Fuel Station/AKD)
• Carpendeit-Bungador Road and Speedway Road Intersection
• Corangamite Lake Road and Melrose Road Intersection
• Queen Street and Pound Road intersection

Note for suppliers intending to submit a response.

Allow sufficient time to upload your submission to the etender portal before the close date and time of 2.00pm as large files may take some time to load.

Failure to fully upload your submission by the close time will result in being locked out of the portal.

Late submissions will NOT BE ACCEPTED unless it can be proven that exceptional circumstances prevented the timely upload of your response.
