Tender Description
We're seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of removalist services across its metropolitan and regional locations. The successful contractor will demonstrate capability, reliability and flexibility to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes, including emergency response when required.
Scope of services- Relocation of staff, belongings and associated ICT equipment and set-up within and between locations.
- Relocation of assets (boxes, furniture and other large items).
- Removal and appropriate disposal of old/broken furniture and large rubbish items.
- Storage space hire (as required).
- Management of all tasks including planning, scheduling, stakeholder liaison and reporting.
- Reconfiguration and installation of workstations/office furniture, including sit/stand desks.
- Tidying and organizing depot stores and yard areas.
- Stacking furniture/large items onto pallets and wrapping for transport/storage.
- Relocation of sea containers between locations.
- Provision of backup storage space near Perth CBD (at agreed monthly cost).
Equipment
The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and materials to carry out the services under the contract.
Locations
All Western Power metropolitan and regional locations (South West Integrated System).
Working Hours
Office Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
After Hours: 6:00pm – 6:00am weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and WA public holidays.
