Construction of Lightning Ridge Bore Pipeline and Pump Station Upgrade

Walgett Shire Council (the Principal) is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for the Construction of Lightning Ridge Bore Pipeline and Pump Station Upgrade.

The project involves constructing a new 5.2 km parallel rising main between Bore #1 and Bore #2 to address frequent pipe failures caused by recent flood events, and upgrading the ageing booster pump station at Bore #1, which is nearing the end of its service life.
