SBWMF Stage 7 Construction SME Services

Provision of Waste Management Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support associated with the Construction of the Stage 7 waste cell at Shoal Bay Waste Management Facility. Acting on behalf of City of Darwin, the Works Under Contract (WUC) may include, but is not limited to, the following scope:

• Acting as City of Darwins Representative when instructed.
• Provide leadership and direction for the project.
• Proactively monitor and advise on the management of risks for City of Darwin.
• Setting agendas, attending meetings, and driving outcomes from meetings.
• Communicating across project teams and stakeholders.
• Actively monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met.
• Collate and respond to queries from Contractors.
• Monitoring project progress to ensure overall programme is kept on timelines.
• Reporting to and from City of Darwin Representatives.
• Liaising with other external parties on behalf of City of Darwin as needed.
• Provide SME guidance and advice to City of Darwin's Representative to enable the efficient delivery and long-term success of the Stage 7 waste cell.

Tenderer's must demonstrate their understanding of Northern Territory regulations as relevant to this scope of work.
