Request for Tender for Supply & Install Studio Accommodation Units

The Shire of Pingelly invites suitably qualified and capable registered builders to submit a Tender for the supply, delivery, and installation of studio apartment accommodation units to be located at the Pingelly Recreation and Cultural Centre. Tenderers must provide separate pricing for Option A: Six (6) studio units and Option B: Ten (10) studio units. Tender documents are available on the Shire's website www.pingelly.wa.gov.au

Tender enquiries, requests for site visits and submissions should be made to admin@pingelly.wa.gov.au.

Tenders should be marked ‘Supply & Install Studio Accommodation Units - RFT03/25'

The lowest or any response will not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing of Councillor's, late responses or non-compliant tenders will disqualify tenderers from the evaluation process.
