Invitation to Tender: Managed Services Provider for IT and Cyber Security Services

Peak Services is seeking:

(a) an experienced Managed Service Provider (MSP) that has proven capability to partner with organisations to deliver not only on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) service continuity, but also to foster a positive relationship that will assist with guiding Peak along a continued path toward greater digital maturity.

(b) external cyber security services with the objective to strengthen Peak’s cyber security posture, ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks, and provide strategic leadership in managing information security risks. The successful provider will work closely with our executive team to develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive cybersecurity program that supports business continuity, resilience, and data protection across all operations and will provide specialist assistance during any incident response.

The IT MSP and Cyber Security Services are provided as Separable Portions in this Invitation to Tender and as a result a Tenderer has the opportunity to tender for IT MSP or Cyber Security Services, or both.
