Kent Street Sand Restoration Project (Stage 1) - Re-Tender

⁠⁠⁠The Town is seeking Tenders from suitable Contractors to undertake stage 1 works as part of the Kent Street Sand Pit Restoration Project (“Kent Street Restoration Project Stage 1” or “Site” or “Project”). The Kent St Sand Pit is a former landfill site that sits adjacent to the Town of Victoria Park’s remnant Bush Forever Banksia Woodland (Kensington Bushland).

This Contract will be for a single Contractor for Stage 1 of the Project to be commenced after February 2025.

There will be a Tender Briefing (non-mandatory) on Monday 16 December 2024.

There will be a tender briefing held (in person and via Teams) on Monday 16 December 2024 at 11:30 am WST.

Tender clarifications close on 8 January 2025 at 3:00PM WST.

Potential respondents will need to register with the etender portal to access the RFT documents and submit a response (registration is free).

Tender Responses submitted by any other medium and or late Tenders will not be accepted.

Canvassing of Town officers or Councillors will also disqualify the respondent.
