Tender Description
The Queensland Government (acting through the Department of Housing and Public Works) is seeking offers from suitably qualified suppliers to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of Legal Services.
A supplier briefing session will be held at 10.00am AEST on Friday 27 March. Details on how to register are available in Part A: Invitation to Offer.
There will be 16 categories available under the SOA for which suppliers can submit an offer. Suppliers can submit an offer for one or multiple categories.
To support the Queensland Government’s commitment of creating more opportunities for Queensland small and family businesses and Queensland regional suppliers, category 16 has been established solely for these particular law practices. This category will enable eligible customers to easily identify Queensland small and family businesses and Queensland regional suppliers to provide legal services.
The closing date and time for offers is 2.00pm AEST on Wednesday 6 May 2026. Offers must be uploaded through the 360 Portal. Offers received by post, email, the Queensland Procurement Solution (QPS) or any other method will not be accepted.
