Essential Energy is dedicated to bridging the skills gap as part of a suite of initiatives leading the way in the energy transition to renewables. Our mission is to power the workforce of the future through innovative industry-led training that is hands on, inclusive and accessible, fostering job growth in regional, rural and remote NSW.
Essential Energy currently offers training at six regionally based locations throughout NSW.
In 2027, a new flagship Essential Energy Training Academy is planned for construction in Tamworth. This 2000m2 purpose-built facility will house simulation labs, training workshops and classrooms on a 1.7ha greenfield site, just 10 minutes from Tamworth CBD.
Essential Energy is seeking early interest from construction industry groups with the expertise and ability to deliver this regionally significant project.
