Rous invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to tender for the design, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning and handover of a new audio visual system for the Rous County Council Chambers at 57 Gallans Road, Ballina. The works will integrate with base infrastructure (cabling, power, comms etc) installed under Stage 1 to provide a fully functional system for 2 primary operating modes - Council Chamber Mode and Lecture/Presentation Mode.

Tenderers are required to propose a complete AV solution, including all equipment, system configuration, integration, cabling, network infrastructure and commissioning activities. The successful Tenderer will deliver a reliable, intuitive system suitable for non-technical users and provide all required documentation and training to support ongoing operation.
