Procurement, Development and Delivery of an Expression of Interest for Biosolids and Recycled Water

TasWater seeks to engage a consultant to support the development and execution of procurement processes for two related projects:

1. Identifying potential commercial partnerships and uses of recycled water, and the development of TasWater's recycled water roadmap to achieve 30% of all treated water beneficially re-used by 2030

2. Securing biosolids management services, and the development of TasWater's biosolids roadmap through implementation of circular economy principles to achieve zero waste to landfill by 2050.

Although these projects are distinct, they require similar expertise and involve overlapping stakeholders. Therefore, TasWater intends to appoint a single consultant to deliver both projects.
