Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for the construction of the STEM and Digital Technology Centre at Emmanuel Anglican College, 62 Horizon Drive, Ballina, NSW.

The project consists of: Construction of a new 1600sqm classroom building, and associated covered walkways, ramps, carparks, drop-off area and site service infrastructure.

Tender documents will be provided mid-January 2026 for construction commencing mid-March 2026.

Written Expressions of Interest are to be submitted by 3pm on Monday, 15th January 2026 to Raunik Design Group Architects via email at architects@raunikdesign.com.au
