Mechanical Ventilation Servicing & Maintenance (Air Conditioning)

Gladstone Regional Council (GRC) is seeking to establish a Preferred Service Provider Arrangement (PSA) with suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider for the provision of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation services throughout the Gladstone Region.

The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the provision of ongoing monthly servicing, reactive maintenance, replacement, and installation of equipment associated with air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, as required by GRC.

Services under this arrangement will be required across a range of GRC-owned and operated facilities located throughout the Gladstone Region, including but not limited to Gladstone, Boyne Island, Tannum Sands, Calliope, Agnes Water, Seventeen Seventy, Miriam Vale, Mount Larcom, and surrounding localities.

The Service Provider must have the capability and resources to service multiple sites across the region in accordance with GRC’s operational requirements and agreed response times.

The objectives of this arrangement are to:

•  Ensure the continued safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Council’s air conditioning and mechanical ventilation assets;
•  Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, Australian Standards, HVAC Manual and manufacturer requirements;
•  Optimise asset performance, energy efficiency, and lifecycle management; and
•  Provide timely and cost-effective service delivery to support Council’s operational requirements.
