Expression of Interest - Latham Hall

Expressions of interest are invited from individuals or groups for the sale of the Latham Hall. The hall will be sold on an " as is " basis.

A detailed Building Structural Integrity Report and an expression of interest form are available by contacting the Shire Office or emailing reception@perenjori.wa.gov.au

Inspection of the hall can be arranged by contacting the Shire of Perenjori on (08) 99730100.

Please note the Shire administration is closed from December 22nd 2025 to January 2nd 2026.

Expressions of interest should be lodged no later than February 4th 2026
