Mount Thorley Hydrant Replacement Project

Singleton Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified contractors for the replacement of several hydrants in Mount Thorley.

ABOUT SINGLETON: Located at the gateway to the famous Hunter Valley vineyards and surrounded by untouched national parks, Singleton was founded on agriculture, driven by coal and sustained by the Hunter River. Singleton is home to a population of approximately 24,000 who enjoy the diverse food and wine, industry, history, sports and art and culture.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically.

In the preparation and submission of the quotation and without limiting the Respondents obligations, the Respondent shall submit a quotation which includes all Schedules including the Respondents Declaration and any other declaration required filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the quotation complete. The Respondent shall not submit a quotation without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced quotation or all or any part of a quotation and reserves the right to conduct the RFQ process and select the successful Respondent as it sees fit.
