Tender Description
Project tender detail
Perth Festival is a not-for-profit arts and cultural organisation. Our vision is to be at the heart of our local community on Whadjuk Noongar Boodjar and a world leader in cultural and artistic excellence.
Perth Festival will engage a consultant to design a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Framework.
The purpose of the project is to establish a MEL approach to improve ongoing and sustained evidence of impact. The framework needs to be compatible with how the Festival operates and the level of burden that can be sustained by the resources of the organisation.
The framework will enable the Festival to:
• Track progress against strategic priorities.
• Report to Lotterywest in line with our Logic Model and Theory of Change.
• Meet a minimum “Level 4” standard of evidence (refer to Lotterywest Impact Guide)
• Support accountability, advocacy and continual improvement.
The framework and report must be finalised and operational by June 2026, to ensure outcomes can be measured and reported in the current financial year.
