PCS-03278 - Consultant for SP19 to SPO Migration

The Mint currently uses SharePoint 2019 on premise (SP19), which will reach EOL in July 2026. The Mint is currently uplifting to M365, and as a part of this would like to migrate our Intranet site to SharePoint Online (SPO). The site size is approximately 20GB with 1 site collection with approximately 20 sites (not all will need to be migrated however).

In order to do this correctly and consider all business requirements, this procurement is to engage a consultant with appropriate experience to deliver a migration plan. Once delivered, the Mint’s Application Support team will implement the plan.

Due to the estimated procurement value, as per the Commonwealth Procurement Rules sellers have been invited if they have indicated they are Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Australian owned on their BuyICT seller profile.
