SharePoint technician

⁠⁠⁠The supplier must ensure delivery of the following outcomes:

• SharePoint Online configured and implemented to meet National Archives of Australia (NAA) standards for electronic records and document management, ensuring compliance with Australian Government requirements.
• Workflow automation and compliance controls established using Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Purview to support governance.
• Knowledge transfer, providing clear documentation and training to internal technician staff to enable ongoing management and capability.

To achieve these outcomes, the supplier will provide a technician with:

• Proven expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online configuration and implementation.
• Demonstrated understanding of Australian Government compliance requirements for records management.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Purview for automation and compliance.

Engagement Details:

One day per week until 30 June 2026, with an option to extend for six months under the same conditions.
