Plumbing Services

The Contractor must undertake Plumbing Services for an Initial Term of two-years from estimated 1 March 2026 at the Site/s.

LOCATION OF SITE

Portions 1 & 2 – Delta Electricity

a) Vales Point Power Station is a coal fired station operated by Delta Power and Energy. The Power Station is located on the NSW Central Coast off Rutleys Rd, Mannering Park

This Contract covers all sewage, drainage and plumbing Services across the Site including but not limited to the Vales Point Ash Dam, coal handling plant, sewerage treatment plant, generating plant and the rail unloader.

Portion 3 – Chain Valley and Mannering Colliery

a) The Chain Valley and Mannering collieries are located adjacent to the Vales Point Power Station with access respectively off Construction Rd and Rutley’s Rd, Mannering Park.

b) This Contract covers all sewage, drainage and plumbing Services across the coal mine including but not limited to surface administration and buildings, domestic water, surface ventilation fan and fire protection system supply.

EXTENT OF WORK

The Services consists of three Portions, being:

• Portion 1 – General Plumbing Services at Vales Point Power Station
•  Portion 2 – Major Plumbing Services at Vales Point Power Station
•  Optional Portion 3 – General and Major Plumbing at Chain Valley Colliery

MANDATORY PRE-TENDER SITE INSPECTION

All Tenderers must attend a mandatory Pre Tender meeting at Vales Point Power Station. Companies who do not attend the mandatory Pre Tender meeting will not be eligible to submit a Tender.

The date and time are yet to be confirmed. More information will be issued via 360 in the coming days.

Visitors to the Site must provide and wear their own safety hats, safety footwear, protective safety eyewear (clear glasses), long sleeved shirts (hi-vis) and long trousers or combination overalls (hi-vis).

It is expected that all companies have downloaded and reviewed all documents pertaining to the works prior to the site inspection.

Tenderers wishing to attend the pre-tender site inspection must contact the request manager at least 24 hours prior to the meeting to register their intention to attend.

Proof of identity and a zero BAC test will be required prior to entry
