Orange Sports Precinct Athletics Track and Field - Design and Construct

Orange Sports Precinct is a development on the South side of Orange comprising of 8 multi-purpose fields, John Davis Stadium for rugby league, union and soccer and a purpose-built Athletics track. The site is located at 1610 Forest Road and is accessed from Forest Road and Huntley Road.

This Request for Tender is for Construction of the Athletics Field and the Design and Construction of the Athletics Track.

A design for the Athletics field is provided, including field drainage and irrigation.

A reference design for the Athletics Track is also provided. The successful contractor must review and amend the design for the track as necessary to ensure compliance with IAAF Technical Information Manuals and Guidelines to achieve World Athletics Certification of Track and Field Facilities to the specifications of a Class 2 Athletics Facility.

Other construction work is taking place on site during the period when the Athletics Track and Field is expected to be constructed. The successful contractor will need to work cooperatively with other teams on site.
