Design of Tourism Central Australia (TCA) Headquarters and Visitor Information Centre (VIC) Fit-out

The Alice Springs Town Council (ASTC) invites qualified design consultants to submit a tenders for the development of a comprehensive detailed design and documentation of the new Tourism Central Australia (TCA) Headquarters and Visitor Information Centre (VIC) Fit-Out Project, to be located within the existing Alice Springs Public Library (ASPL) at 93 Todd Street, Alice Springs NT 0870.

These documents will support both the construction tender process and the execution of the works. Existing conceptual designs, developed during the feasibility stage, outline the initial design intent, and will serve as the foundation for the detailed design.
