Pre-approved Civil Contractor Panel for the Restoring Murray Waterways Expansion Project

A pre-approved panel of civil contractors for the construction works to upgrade civil infrastructure along creeks and waterways on private land in south-western NSW is being established for the Restoring Murray Waterways Expansion Project.

This tender seeks responses for the initial package for construction of civil works at twenty-one (21) sites that will be used to evaluate and select civil contractors to participate in the panel.

This RFT is comprised of the following:

• Part A: Tender Overview and Tender Conditions that introduces an overview of the opportunity and provides the terms, conditions and processes governing the tender phase of this RFT
• Part B: Scope of Services that provides the detailed description of and the requirements for the Goods and/or Services to be provided by the successful Tenderers;
• Part C: Tender Response that specifies the information to be provided in a Tender and any other information to be provided by the Tenderer to enable an evaluation of the Tenderer's offers
• Part D: Proposed Contract that sets out the standard terms and conditions that will apply to the supply of Goods.
